NAWS: Adam has saved money from his weekly allowance to purchase essentials for the dogs and cats at NAWS Humane Society in Mokena. When Sunday School starts, support pets in need by giving donations (Food, Litter, Bowls etc.)

 

Bridge Teen Center:  Adam has also volunteered with the Bridge Teen Center in Orland Park to bring free programs to teens in the southwest suburbs. You can volunteer too! The Bridge thrift shop funds the programs and is always open to new volunteers. The address is: 15555 71st Ct, Orland Park, IL 60462

 

Beyond Type 1 (formerly JDRF): Every year, Adam volunteers for Beyond Type 1, a non-profit organization trying to obtain a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. He sells mystery gift card envelopes to people at the One Dream Gala. Every year, he raises over $2500 for Beyond Type 1.

 

NCJW: Adam also does honey packing in South Cook at Shir Tikvah for NCJW. Honey needs to be packed for Rosh Hashana. He will also be participating in their next Planned Parenthood Care Kit packing event, putting together comfort care gifts for patients at Planned Parenthood in Flossmoor.
